Returns/Refunds or Canceled orders
If you cancel a website order that has already been placed, there will be a 3% processing fee that is charged to us from the credit card companies
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Most items purchased on our site maybe returned within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must be in manufacturer’s saleable, like-new condition with the original packaging materials (including UPC label) instructions and packaging.
Returning to our store in Woodcliff Lake is the quickest way to receive your refund or credit.
You may also mail the return to the address on the packing slip.
Please enclose a copy of the Order Confirmation (required) in the return package.
All refunds accompanied by original receipt or an order confirmation and returned within 30 days of purchase, will be credited to your original form of payment. If a gift receipt is presented for a return, a merchandise/store credit for in-store use will be issued.
We cannot offer refunds for shipping charges.
We are unable to accept returns on merchandise damaged by the customer
Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:
• Sale & Clearance items
• Holiday/Seasonal items not eligible from one week before Holiday (for example, Christmas items cannot be returned after 12/17)
• Personalized & Customized Merchandise
• Perishable and Food items
